Authentic Silver/Nickel Tuareg Mini-Knife/Dagger. Beautifully sheathed and Handmade in the Tuareg tradition.This dagger is characteristic of the Agadez craftsmen in Northern Niger. The Tuareg are the proud "Lords of the Sahara." Their art, jewelry and even household items are usually elegant, yet portable to accommodate their nomadic lifestyle. The Tuareg live predominately in Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso. These knifes are works of art.

Tuareg designs carry rich symbolism and meaning, often including elements of the night sky which guide them on their night time journeys through the desert. Each carefully etched line in Tuareg handicraft represents an important creature in tribal life, both human and animal.
