Senufo Bed / Table

Sourced from Ivory Coast the Senufo Beds are made throughout Africa, mainly for resting during the day (daybeds). In most areas, they are carved out of a single piece of hardwood. The Senufo have amongst the most beautiful and simplest beds and consist of completely flat and minimally adorned surface and a sloping headrest, with heavy tapering legs.

The simplicity of this form enhances the sculptural quality of these functional works of art and look amazing as a coffee table or side board in any contemporary or tribal inspired space.
